Using a large copa glass, 3/4 fill with large ice cubes and pour the Leeds Gin over. Add your favourite tonic slowly over a bar spoon and garnish with a spiral of orange peel or half wheel of orange.
Dry shake for ages, then hard shake over ice, strain into a hurricane glass over cubed ice and top with soda water.
Stir down over ice and double strain in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with red apple peel.
Muddle the lime wedges with the brown sugar, add LEEDS GIN, St. Germain, mint leaves and crushed ice and stir to mix. Pour mix into a hurricane glass, add a cube of ice, top with ginger ale. Garnish with strawberries and spring of mint.
Stir down over ice and double strain in a rocks with plenty of ice or one single large ice cube. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.
Shake the LEEDS GIN, lemon juice and St. Germain, double strain into a champagne flute and top with Prosecco.
Shake the LEEDS GIN, lemon juice and simple syrup, double strain over ice into a Collins glass, top with your favourite fizz. Garnish with rhubarb.
